Overall Objective of the Job:

To lead and oversee architectural design and planning for projects, ensuring compliance with standards, functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability requirements while coordinating with stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and review architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to align design objectives.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and adherence to design.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design teams.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project approvals.
• Resolve design-related issues and propose innovative solutions.
• Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the work when assigned.

• Strong written skills for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
