Overall Objective of the Job:

To oversee and supervise civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements while coordinating with teams to achieve timely and efficient project execution.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor civil works at project sites to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Inspect and verify construction materials and workmanship for quality compliance.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to project management.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Resolve technical issues and guide site teams as needed.
• Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the work when assigned.

• Strong written skills for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
