Tasks and Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects at various stages.
Monitor and control project budgets to ensure financial compliance.
Analyze and evaluate tenders and contracts for cost-effectiveness.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project expenses.
Prepare and maintain records of project costs, variations, and financial reports.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate cost tracking.
Review and verify invoices, payment certificates, and claims.
Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the work when assigned.
