Job Description :

Skills and Competencies:

  • Create and update records to ensure accuracy and validity of information.
  • Assist in optimizing internal procedures for the MEA region (e.g., submitting and following up on payments and obtaining senior management signatures on legal documents).

  • Assist in the preparation of board meetings and AGMs.

  • Translate documents from English to Arabic with fluency in reading and writing Arabic.

  • Be proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Word and PowerPoint.

  • Perform duties of a legal assistant/paralegal.
