Skills and Competencies:
Assist in optimizing internal procedures for the MEA region (e.g., submitting and following up on payments and obtaining senior management signatures on legal documents).
Assist in the preparation of board meetings and AGMs.
Translate documents from English to Arabic with fluency in reading and writing Arabic.
Be proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Word and PowerPoint.
Perform duties of a legal assistant/paralegal.
